Note：

1. Original Authorization to the Guardian (for self-supporting applicants under the age of 18 by September 1, 2026) needs to be notarized with signatures. If not notarized in China, the endorsement of local Chinese Embassy is required. Guardians shall be Chinese or foreign adults who reside in China with stable source of income.
