Hunan College of Foreign Studies

Hunan College of Foreign Studies (HCFS; Chinese: 湖南外国语职业学院) is an independent, full-time college of higher learning in Changsha, China, specializing in foreign languages and cultural studies. It is recognized as the only independent institution of its kind in central south China

1. Establishment: The college traces its origins to the Liuyang Foreign Language School founded in 1993, later upgraded to a higher vocational college in 2006 with its current name.
